A day of violence in Iraq killed at least 22 people Friday as tensions between Shi'ites and the Sunni minority continue to simmer.   A suicide bomber set off explosives outside a Shi'ite mosque in Baghdad's Graiaat district, killing 15 and wounding 32.   A car bomb near a Sunni gathering site in the city of Samarra, north of Baghdad, killed seven.
