JUBA, South Sudan - An airlift is under way to bring more than 12,000 South Sudanese citizens home from neighboring Sudan. At least 10 people have died in Ghana after a cargo plane crashed into a bus while attempting to land. Officials said the Nigerian Allied Air jet overshot the runway at the Accra airport late Saturday and crashed into a minivan traveling down a road nearby. Officials say the plane's four crew members survived. Emergency officials are on the scene. The airline has not commented.
