Officials in southern Afghanistan say a roadside bomb blast has killed six civilians.    Authorities say the vehicle hit the bomb Saturday in the Uruzgan province.   In western Afghanistan, authorities say a rocket attack in Farah province, targeting the governor's office, has killed one civilian and wounded 26 people, including children.   There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the assaults.   Some information for this report was provided by AP, AFP.
