Rights Group Condemns Uganda's Return of Rwandan Refugee

An international human rights group is condemning Uganda for forcibly returning a Rwandan refugee to his home country. Human Rights Watch said Monday it is "unconscionable" that Uganda turned over Joel Mutabazi, a former bodyguard for Rwandan President Paul Kagame. Uganda's government has said the police officer who arrested Mutabazi and handed him over to Rwanda last week made a mistake.
