Six world powers and Iran have ended two days of talks on Tehran's nuclear program with both sides describing the negotiations in hopeful terms. The European Union's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, said the talks between Iran and the so-called P5+1 group were "substantive and forward looking" and that a new round of negotiations is scheduled for November 7-8 in Geneva.
