Top US Envoy to Seek Freedom for Citizen Jailed in N. Korea Aug 27th 2013, 22:57 The White House is sending a top envoy to North Korea to seek freedom for an ailing imprisoned U.S. citizen. Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues Robert King will ask the North to free Kenneth Bae on humanitarian grounds.
