Forecasters are predicting more heavy rain Monday for Pakistan and eastern Afghanistan, where monsoon floods have already killed more than 80 people. The bad weather has destroyed many homes and wiped out farmland. The Pakistani city of Karachi was especially hard hit. Floods washed away roads and knocked out power to large parts of the city.
