China says flooding in parts of the country has left more than 100 people dead and more than 100 others missing. The state run news agency, Xinhua, says several days of heavy rain in the northeast has led to flooding that it describes as "the worst in decades." It says 72 people have died in the northeast, with many of the deaths in Fushun City. Another 30,000 residents have been displaced.
