While President Barack Obama welcomed Vietnam's President Truong Tan Sang to the White House Thursday, hundreds gathered across the street to protest Vietnam's human rights record.   The summit was planned for late morning in Washington, but by early morning, hundreds of Vietnamese from across America, Canada and Australia came to ask Obama to stress the importance of human rights issues during the meeting.   The protesters said they wanted to turn the world's attention ...
