A U.S. federal grand jury has indicted a Mississippi man for allegedly sending poisoned letters to President Barack Obama, a U.S. senator, and a state judge. James Dutschke faces life in prison if he is convicted. Charges include possessing a biological agent for use as a weapon and threatening the president of the United States.
