US Movie Shooting Suspect to Enter Insanity Plea May 7th 2013, 22:54 Lawyers for Colorado movie shooting suspect James Holmes say he intends to plead not guilty by reason of insanity, according to court documents. Holmes is charged with killing 12 people and wounding 70 when he opened fire on a theater audience watching a Batman movie last July. His next court appearance is set for May 13.
