Algerian officials say President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has suffered what has been described as a minor stroke and is undergoing observation at a hospital in France. Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal confirmed the news late Saturday, saying the president's condition is "not serious." He said the president suffered a temporary blockage of a blood vessel Saturday and is resting, pending further medical tests.
