Libya Celebrates Second Anniversary of Revolution Feb 17th 2013, 02:12 Libyans are celebrating the second anniversary of the uprising that ended the 40-year rule of former president Moammar Gadhafi. In Tripoli and Benghazi, flags and streamers fluttered from walls, lampposts and cars, and police and militiamen manned checkpoints.
