Officials in Nepal say a bus in the western part of the country has veered off a mountain road, killing at least 29 people. Authorities say several people were injured Saturday when the bus drove off the road near Chatiwan village. Officials say at the time of the accident, the crash area was dark and covered in fog. Accidents are common on Nepal's highways because of poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
