Venezuela's Chavez Says Cancer Has Returned Dec 9th 2012, 07:19 Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez has announced a recurrence of cancer. Mr. Chavez said late Saturday that he is going to Cuba for another round of surgery to remove the cancerous cells.  The South American leader, who was re-elected to office in October, made the announcement about his health in a televised broadcast.
