Blast Rocks Tribal District in Pakistan Dec 17th 2012, 09:32 Officials in northwest Pakistan say a bomb blast has killed at least 16 people and wounded more than 40. Authorities say the marketplace explosion Monday happened near government offices in the town of Jamrud, part of the Khyber tribal district. Officials say shops and vehicles were badly damaged in the blast. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
