Officials with the Red Cross say at least 32 people were killed in ethnic clashes in Kenya's coastal southeastern region Monday. Hundreds of homes were burned during an attack on a village in Kenya's Tana Delta coastal region. The Red Cross says seven police officers are  among the dead.  The region has been hit by several weeks of fighting between farmers and cattle herders over natural resources that has now left nearly 100 people dead.
