WASHINGTON — In the 2008 U.S. elections, more than 15 million new voters went to the polls. One-hundred-thousand of them were registered at concerts by HeadCount, a group that promotes civic involvement. This year, HeadCount is back on the road with musicians, hoping to register tens of thousands of new voters, especially young adults.
