Zuma Cites Progress on Zimbabwe Constitution Aug 16th 2012, 14:21 HARARE, Zimbabwe — South African President Jacob Zuma is in Mozambique, where he is expected to brief regional leaders about his failure to make a breakthrough in Zimbabwe. Power-sharing partners there are deadlocked over contents of a draft constitution.
