​​​KARACHI, Pakistan — Hundreds of NATO supply trucks are stuck in Pakistan's southern port, Karachi, despite Islamabad's decision to re-open routes to Afghanistan earlier this month.   Some trucks and drivers have been waiting for months to return to the road.
