A Hong Kong reporter was briefly detained by police and a scuffle ensued after the reporter questioned Chinese President Hu Jintao about the 1989 pro-democracy Tiananmen Square demonstrations.  During a visit to a construction site, a reporter from Hong Kong's Apple Daily newspaper shouted a question to the visiting President Hu about the Tiananmen incident.
