The Hamas rulers of the Gaza Strip say they have executed three Palestinians.
Hamas officials say the men - a Gazan found guilty of collaborating with Israel and two convicted murderers - were hanged Saturday.
The Interior Ministry did not release the men's names.
Under local law, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas must approve all execution orders, but Hamas refuses to conduct such consultations.
Hamas seized control of the coastal strip on the Mediterranean Sea in 2007.
Some information for this report was provided by AFP and Reuters.
