Government spokesman - Finance Minister P. Chidambaram - announced Wednesday that a judicial commission had been set up to review the police response to the December 16 attack in New Delhi. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, which took place on Wednesday near the facility known as Forward Operating Base Chapman.
