Thousands Flee Lawless Central African Republic Aug 13th 2013, 14:48, by webdesk@voanews.com (Lisa Schlein) The United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) estimates 206,000 people now are displaced inside the Central African Republic (CAR), while another 63,000 CAR nationals are refugees in four neighboring countries.
