Mandela Discharged From Hospital Aug 31st 2013, 07:12 Former South African president Nelson Mandela has returned to his home in Johannesburg after a lengthy stay in a hospital. Mr. Mandela, who is 95, was admitted into a hospital in Pretoria on June 8 for a recurring lung infection. The former president has been in and out of the hospital for much of the past year.
