Indian Juvenile Guilty in Gang Rape Case Aug 31st 2013, 11:01, by webdesk@voanews.com (VOA News) An Indian juvenile court has found a teenager guilty of rape and murder in the fatal gang rape of a young woman on a moving bus in New Delhi late last year. The defendant, who was 17 at the time of the attack, was sentenced to three years in a reform home - the maximum sentence he could have received. The three years will include the time he has already spent in custody. He is now 18. The victim's family wanted the teenager to be tried as an adult and to receive the death penalty. A ...
