Ricin-Laced Letters Sent to New York Mayor May 29th 2013, 23:19 New York City police say two letters sent to Mayor Michael Bloomberg have tested positive for the deadly poison ricin. One of the letters was opened Friday at a New York mail processing facility and the other was opened Sunday at the Washington office of Mayors Against Illegal Guns -- a Bloomberg-founded organization.
