Gunmen Kill NATO Driver in NW Pakistan May 24th 2013, 22:41 Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a convoy of NATO containers in northwestern Pakistan Friday, killing a driver and wounding another person. Authorities say the attack took place in Shagai area, about 20 kilometers southeast of Landi Kotal, the main town of the restive Khyber region. Local tribal police official Khan Dad said the gunmen opened fire from the nearby mountains as the convoy entered Pakistan from Afghanistan. The convoy was heading for the port city of Karachi.
