Bulgaria Holding Tight Parliamentary Election May 12th 2013, 05:18 Bulgarians are voting in a tight snap election in which no party is expected to win a majority to form a government. Former prime minister Boyko Borisov's right-of-center GERB party is expected to win the most votes Sunday, even though violent street protests in the European Union's poorest country forced his government to resign in February. Last-minute opinion polls indicate the GERB and the Bulgarian Socialist Party are nearly tied. Officials results are expected Monday.
