UN Nuclear Experts to Inspect Fragile Fukushima Plant Apr 15th 2013, 05:08 A UN nuclear watchdog team is reviewing the cleanup process at Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear plant, where leaks and power cuts have eroded public confidence in the process.
