French Parliament Legalizes Gay Marriage Apr 23rd 2013, 23:39 France has become the latest country to legalize same-sex marriage, but its opponents are vowing to keep fighting. The French parliament Tuesday gave final passage to a gay marriage bill, and President Francois Hollande has said he will sign it.
