Algerian President Suffers Mini-Stroke Apr 28th 2013, 09:32 Algerian officials say President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has suffered what has been described as a minor stroke and is undergoing observation at a hospital in France. Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal confirmed the news late Saturday, saying the president's condition is "not serious."
