Police in Bangladesh have arrested two owners of the garment factory that collapsed several days ago, killing at least 324 people. Officials said Saturday the managing direct of New Wave Apparels, Bazlus Samad, and company chairman Mahmudur Rahman Tapash are in custody. It is not clear if the men have been charged.
