British doctors treating a Pakistani teenager who was gravely wounded by the Taliban last year say she has has undergone two successful operations and is making good progress in her recovery. Doctors said 15-year-old Malala Yousufzai had surgery to reconstruct her shattered skull and a cochlear implant to restore her hearing.
