Displaced Syrians Struggle in Internal Camps Feb 13th 2013, 16:43 On a winter day in the Bab al-Salama camp in northern Syria, more than 10,000 Syrians are struggling to survive. The population of this sprawling tent city has doubled in the past three months, primarily because of bombings by Syrian government forces.  And they are just a small proportion of the two million people counted as internally displaced.
