Regional African leaders have signed a U.N.-mediated agreement aimed at ending two decades of conflict in the troubled east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The leaders signed the deal Sunday in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon attended the signing ceremony.
