AFGHANISTAN BLAST, 1ST UPD Jan 25th 2013, 15:41 Afghan officials say a suicide car bomber attacked a NATO convoy in eastern Afghanistan Thursday, killing five civilians. At least 15 people were wounded in the attack Friday in the Tagab district of Kapisa province. No NATO service members were harmed in the explosion. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
