2nd Hearing for Terror Suspects to Open at Guantanamo Bay Jan 28th 2013, 03:11 A second pretrial hearing in the case against the alleged masterminds of the 2001 terror attacks on the United States begins Monday at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  The hearings will determine if the defendants can get a fair trial.  Lawyers for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four others will continue arguing that the case should be thrown out.
