Syrian Delegation in Russia for Peace Talks Dec 27th 2012, 09:50 Russia says it is intensifying its efforts to end bloodshed in Syria, where a 21-month-old uprising has resulted in the deaths of thousands of civilians. Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich says Moscow is stepping up dialogue with both the Syrian government and opposition groups.
