Republicans Abruptly Put Off Key Tax Vote in US House Dec 21st 2012, 02:20 Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives late Thursday abruptly put off a vote on Speaker John Boehner's plan allowing tax rates to rise for households earning $1 million and up.
