Final Round of Voting Begins on Egyptian Constitution Dec 22nd 2012, 11:45 Polling stations are open in Egypt for the second and final round of a referendum on a controversial new constitution. The stations opened Saturday morning. Unofficial results from last Saturday's first round of voting appeared to give a 57 percent approval for the new charter.
