Syrian Fighting Rages On; Opposition Nears Agreement on Coalition Nov 9th 2012, 10:00 Syrian government troops bombed rebel positions in the Damascus suburbs early Friday, as rival opposition groups meeting in Qatar were reported to be near an agreement on the formation of a government-in-waiting.
