Obama to Storm Victims: 'America is With You' Oct 30th 2012, 21:39 U.S. President Barack Obama has told Americans affected by the super storm that ravaged parts of the East Coast of the United States that "America is with you."  Recovery efforts began Tuesday in hard hit areas, particularly in New York and New Jersey, which were impacted by the storm known as Sandy.  The storm caused billions of dollars in damage and killed at least 32 people in the United States.
