Sudan, South Sudan Sign Security, Oil Deal Sep 27th 2012, 12:27 The presidents of Sudan and South Sudan have signed a deal to resolve longstanding unresolved issues after days of negotiations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thursday's agreement - signed by Presidents Omar al-Bashir of Sudan and Salva Kiir of South Sudan -- covers longstanding border security and oil production disputes that nearly brought the two countries to all out war.  The deal reportedly paves the way for restarting oil exports and calls for forces on both sides to pull back 10 ...
