Attacks Across Iraq Kill Over 50 Sep 9th 2012, 10:27 Iraqi authorities said Sunday a series of attacks across the country has killed more than 50 people and left at least 200 others wounded. Officials say the deadliest attack took place near the southern Iraqi city of Amara, where two car bombs killed at least 14 people. Earlier, near Balad north of the capital, Baghdad, gunmen and a bombing killed 11 soldiers and wounded several others.
