Tropical Storm Isaac Brews in Caribbean Aug 23rd 2012, 15:58 Tropical Storm Isaac is churning toward the Caribbean island of Hispaniola, where it could dump heavy rains on the Dominican Republic and Haiti, a nation still recovering from a devastating 2010 earthquake. Weather forecasters say Isaac was about 360 kilometers southeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico, early Thursday.
