North Korea's Kim Holds First Meeting with A Foreign Delegation Aug 3rd 2012, 09:38 North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has held his first meeting with a foreign delegation since he took power after the death of his father, Kim Jong Il. China's official Xinhua news agency and the North's state-run Korean Central News Agency said Kim held talks Thursday with Wang Jiarui, head of the International Liaison Department of China's Communist Party, and other Chinese officials.
