Regional Leaders to Discuss DRC Troop Deployment Aug 6th 2012, 06:45 Leaders from 11 countries who make up the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region are expected to meet Monday in Kampala to discuss a new plan to deploy an international force in Democratic Republic of Congo to expel fighters there.
