US: Iran Remains Leading State Sponsor of Terrorism Jul 31st 2012, 20:58 STATE DEPARTMENT — The United States says Iran remains the world's biggest state-sponsor of terrorism. The annual U.S. report on global terrorism expresses concern about increasing attacks in Nigeria and Pakistan.
