Clinton Urges Vietnam to Protect Human Rights Jul 10th 2012, 11:22 U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has stressed the need for Vietnam to protect human rights. Clinton said Tuesday after meeting with Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh in Hanoi that she was particularly concerned about the jailing of activists, lawyers and bloggers for peaceful expression.
